Shipping policy

Our small team prepares all online orders from Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays). Generally, you can expect your order to be processed for shipment within 4 to 5 business days; any deviation will be clearly noted in the product description.
To eliminate any duty or tax liability for our American customers, every order bound for a U.S. address is now routed through our U.S. distribution center.
While we prioritize fast handling, the total shipping time may extend up to 15 business days — this longer window accounts for possible fluctuations in inventory at our U.S. facility, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
